About RxClarity

RxClarity — also known as RxClarity Go — is a medication confirmation system built around one critical question: "Did I already take my medication?"

Our Mission

Medication reminders tell you when a dose is due. But they don't answer the question that comes later: "Did I actually take it?"

RxClarity was created to fill that gap. We provide a clear, time-stamped record every time you confirm taking medication, so you never have to rely on uncertain memory alone.

User-Centered Design

We design for real people managing real medication routines. Large controls, clear language, and no unnecessary complexity.

Privacy-First

Your medication history is personal. We don't sell data to advertisers, use facial recognition, or track you across the web.

The Problem We Solve

You remember seeing the medication bottle. You remember thinking about taking it. But later in the day, you can't remember whether you actually did.

Traditional medication reminders focus on telling you when a dose is due. They rarely provide a reliable record of what happened afterward. A dismissed notification doesn't tell you whether you took the medication or just silenced the alert.

RxClarity creates a clear, time-stamped confirmation every time you record taking medication. When doubt appears, you have a concrete answer.

How We're Different

We prioritize confirmation over reminders

While we do offer reminders, our core focus is creating a reliable record of when you confirmed taking medication.

We support optional photo verification

When a checkbox isn't enough, you can take a private verification photo as additional evidence for your personal record.

We work without an app store

RxClarity is a Progressive Web App. Install it directly to your home screen without needing an App Store account or traditional download.

We keep pricing simple

One price. Every feature. No premium tiers, no upsells, no artificial limitations.
