Your medication history is personal. RxClarity treats it that way.

Built with privacy-first principles, user-controlled data, and transparent security practices.

Privacy-First Principles

Private-by-design records

Medication confirmations and photos are stored with access controls designed to keep them private.

Protected photo storage

Verification images are designed to be delivered through authenticated access rather than public permanent URLs.

No facial recognition

RxClarity does not use facial recognition, biometric scanning, or AI analysis on verification photos.

No advertising trackers

RxClarity avoids third-party advertising networks and tracking scripts that follow you across the web.

No selling medication data

Your medication information is not sold to advertisers, data brokers, or third-party marketing companies.

Notification privacy controls

Hide medication names in notification previews to protect sensitive information on a visible lock screen.

Secure account sessions

Account access is protected with secure session management and authentication mechanisms.

Local-only mode where available

Offline confirmation capability allows you to record medication even when connectivity is unavailable.

User-controlled exports

Export your medication history in formats you control. Your data remains yours.

Account and data deletion

Delete your account and associated data when you no longer need the service.

Important: HIPAA Compliance

RxClarity should not be considered HIPAA compliant unless its complete infrastructure, agreements, policies, and operational procedures have been formally reviewed and verified.

HIPAA compliance requires comprehensive technical, administrative, and legal safeguards. While RxClarity is designed with privacy and security principles, formal HIPAA compliance certification is a rigorous process that involves third-party auditing and business associate agreements.
